The Netherlands were one of the favorites to qualify and win the last World Cup. However, former manager, Louis van Gaal had a large number of miscalculated results which meant that Holland would never reach the competition to show what they were truly made of.

This time, a relatively new Dutch squad, young and vibrant, yet extremely talented, are ready to show the world that the 'Oranje' can go all the way. They qualified for the competition without a single loss, and have one of the best strikers of all time as their manager, who's not afraid to take any risks, Marco van Basten.
